Construction Services Agreement

1. Scope of Works. BuildCo Pte. Ltd. shall deliver the works in Schedule 2, including all labour, materials, plant, and temporary works needed for completion.

2. Contract Sum. The contract sum is SGD 8,420,000, subject to certified progress claims under clause 14. Amounts are exclusive of GST unless stated.

3. Retention. Retention of five percent (5%) is withheld from each progress payment until practical completion is certified by the Superintending Officer.

4. Termination. Either party must give 30 days' written notice for termination for convenience. Termination for cause takes effect immediately upon notice.
